Dilreet (Shawn) S. Dandiwal, Associate

Shawn attended the University of Western Ontario and graduated with a degree in Finance and Administration in 2001. Shawn also received an LL.B from the University of Ottawa and a J.D. from Michigan State University in 2005.

Shawn is active at all levels of politics and currently sits on the City of Brampton Heritage Committee, where decisions are made whether certain landmarks in the City of Brampton should be designated as Heritage Properties.

Shawn Dandiwal is engaged in the following areas of law: Corporate/Commercial Law comprised of the sales and acquisitions of businesses, corporate restructuring and refinancing, franchising, shareholders’ agreement and all issues pertaining to daily corporate management. Real Estate and Development Law, including all aspects of real property transactions, bank refinancing, land development, commercial and residential purchases and sales, commercial leasing and power of sale transactions.
